Don’t go with the Qled. If that’s the case try the mu9000 or give 850e a try which is IPS but Sony out did LG with their own panel. The way Sony uses flickering to their advantage with motion clarity and Samsung lack of. But I’ll admit extreme triple black screen used with Samsung TVs, WOW!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not surprised at all returned 3and now on the 4th. It’s a hit and miss. Quality control isn’t the the strictest when comes to these products. If you go to different review sites and some will tell you based on individual set. It took till the 4th set to get what I was paying for and advertised. I had issues with it going from 1 zone to the next and it was to much of a distraction when there is motion on the screen. Had terrible light bleeds. I recommend the 850 or keep trying with 900 and swap it for another. Read between the lines 900 is full array and 850 is edge lit, and Sony went back with a edge lit for the 930. The contrast between edge and full array isn’t night and day like most us read. It’s your eyes your space. And if you don’t have these sets side by side you won’t tell the difference. IMO edge has a little more motion clarity and little more refined. People tend to set the backlight to high which affects the blacks and people complain about the light bleeds. Sometimes when images are too bright it creates image “clipping” and strains your tv so go for the brightest set isn’t the best choice. Brightness helps when you’re in a bright room and even then my850b does fine and I love the 850e in one bedroom and the 930e in my bedroom
