Yes! We just got ours and are always having to unplug to reset. Not very thrilled with that feature

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I've had my unit for two and a half months. It has happened one time. That was about 6 weeks ago. I unplugged it, and waited a couple minutes and plugged it back in. It still would not turn on. So, I pushed and held the power button for 20 to 30 seconds and the TV rebooted. I've had no issues since. Not sure if they put out an update that fixed the issue or not. Best of luck to you.
