We have windows along the wall to the side of the TV. We have no trouble viewing the FANTASTIC picture, but if the sun were shining directly in those windows, we would close the blinds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I will not place the tv facing windows unless they have curtains or blinds that mitigate the brightness. That said, the tv has low reflecting screen and I do not get distracted when the tv receives direct light from above and sides. Direct light facing the screen will be noticeable in any tv, if placing the tv facing the bright windows is your only option, I recommend using curtains and blinds on the windows to mitigate the excess light.
