You will need to download the Amazon Alexa app on the TV from the Google Play store and also set up the Alexa app on your smartphone. Please follow the app instructions for setup. • I can’t answer because I still don’t have my tv. I ordered it 3 weeks ago and every day someone at Best Buy gives me a rediculous reason as to why it hasn’t been delivered. They lie and don’t care about the customer.
