“My TV turns off by itself at any time including while viewing. I have turned off automatic settings to turn off the TV and it has the latest update. Anyone have any suggestions or the same problem?”

Is your TV overheating? It may be shutting itself off to protect it's circuitry. It could also be a bad component of the TV itself. If that's the case, repair or replacement is needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Me too. I reset the sound settings and unplugged everything from wall. Reset the soundbar first, if you have one. And try a different option for the CEC control. I did all of these over a 3 day period and don't know what worked. It's been solid for 2 weeks now.
