However, the connection between the DVD-VCR's VHF/UHF connector and the antenna terminals of the TV receiver should be made only as shown in the instructions on this link: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/W000/W0009818M.pdf (Pg.13). Failure to do so may result in operation that violates the regulations of the Federal Communications Commision regarding the use and operation of RF devices. Never connect the output of the DVD-VCR to an antenna or make simultaneous (parallel) antenna and DVD-VCR connections at the antenna terminal of your receiver. For the A/V input, you are correct. The X85J doesn't come with an Analog Extension Cable for composite connection. However, accessories that are not supplied with our products can be obtained from our Authorized Parts Distributors.
