Hi Jake, thank you so much for your inquiry. The YouTube TV app is not pre-installed on our X85J. There's good news, however! Yes, the YouTube TV app is available for download and can be installed by the user from the built-in Google Play Store of our X85J. I hope this helps! - Romeo
