Hi there, thank you so much for your question. We are sorry, but the 75" X900H will not work with 400mm x 400mm as it has a screw hole pattern (W x H) of 11 7/8" x 11 7/8" (300 mm x 300 mm). You might consider getting our 85" X900H instead, which features a Vesa Hole Pitch (W x H) of 15 3/4 x 15 3/4" (400 x 400 mm). I hope this helps! Thanks! - Romeo
