HDMI 3 is the eARC output on the tv. It is worth saying too that your Dennon needs ARC in as well, which it should say on the hdmi to tv output you’re using.

If only one of the devices is ARC/eARC compatible, the HDMI ARC/eARC feature can't be activated. Both devices being connected must support the ARC feature. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue. 1. Connect a high-speed HDMI cable to the HDMI IN (eARC/ARC) port of the TV and to the HDMI OUT (ARC or eARC) of the audio device. 2. Turn on the Control for HDMI setting on both the TV and the receiver or home theater system. Note: The steps required to enable the Control for HDMI feature may vary. Check the operating instructions supplied with the devices for model-specific steps. 3. Set the ARC/eARC or TV Audio Input Mode of the audio system to On or Auto. Note: The eARC function becomes available. When you connect an eARC-compatible TV to the receiver, the eARC function is activated. When you connect a TV that is compatible with ARC (but not compatible with eARC), the ARC function is activated.
