Could be source of material inputted. But most likely you need to adjust picture settings or calibrate to your standards. If all else fails you have a few weeks to return it. But trust me unless it a bad set you won’t find a better TV for the money presently. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because in the store the programming is in 4K. If your cable service provider doesn’t have or offer 4K channels, your OLED video won’t look like it did in the store. However, most apps like Hulu, Netflix, etc.. are 4K so those will look like the video you saw in the store

The quality of the source is also a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. Having said that, picture mode settings provide preset adjustments for the type of picture you are viewing. Picture settings also allow a wide array of changes to color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness that can improve the viewed content on your Google TV. Note: TVs are set up for Shop Front display settings, while in a store, which are very bright and vivid. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First rule of thumb when purchasing a tv. NEVER go by the picture you see in the store! First the store usually puts it on its brightest settings and the picture you see displayed isn’t coming from the same source you view at home I.e. Cable tv or movie discs. I am a Audio/Video enthusiast, I brought this tv about 3 weeks ago. Watching blu-ray(picture is upscale) or 4k UHD disc it is phenomenal. Go on YouTube and get the right picture settings for the source your feeding it. I keep mine on Cinema. Cable feeds only go up to 720p so don’t expect to much. When you stream or play 4k content is where it really shines. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Great question, because my picture is not as clear as the TV I saw in the store. The clarity is what sold me on making the purchase.
