Hi John, Thanks for your inquiry. The VESA mounting holes are closer to the bottom of the TV and the distance from the bottom mounting holes to the bottom of the TV (without stand) is 119.4 mm (4.7 inch). Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mounting holes are not centered, they are offset towards the lower half of the s screen. The mounting bracket allows for centering. Mine is mounted in a basement family room with a lower ceiling and I had no issues with centering as desired
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The four holes in the back are to mount two vertical rails. Each rail uses two screws to secure it. I then hooked my TV to the wall mount.
