Hi Speedo, Thanks for inquiring about the A80J. It's possible that your OLED TV may feel warm or hot after several hours of use. This does not indicate a defect nor does it affect the reliability or life of product. As with all electronics product, ensure the TV has sufficient ventilation to avoid causing it to overheat. In addition, you can change the Picture mode from Vivid to Standard or decrease the Brightness to reduce power consumption and produce less heat. Please use the TV within the temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F), and avoid exposing the TV to direct sunlight. Hope this helps. Regards, Jess
