Hi MSF6808, Thank you for your question. The VESA hole pattern for the XR-77A80J is 300 x 300 mm (11.81 x 11.81 inch). Please note that there is also a weight limit with any mount and the bracket that you'll be using needs to be able to support the TV weight. For the 77", it weighs approximately 63.7 lb (28.9 kg) without the stand. For product protection and safety reasons, Sony strongly recommends that installation of your TV on the wall be performed by qualified professionals. Regards, Jess
