“How can you tell from the box if the 77" Class BRAVIA XR A80J Series OLED 4K UHD has the new EVO OLED screens installed? I have heard they are made in Mexico. Does the carton have the manufacturing country on it?”

All 77" A80js have the EVO panel, technically LG didn't make a 77" non-evo panel they just software lock the C1. Sony doesn't have that issue (as they didn't make a 77" A90j) and so the 77" gets to use the full power of the EVO panel.
