“Can you use this tv for split screen using 2 HDMI connections? Meaning, can I watch one side of the screen on the connected HDMI Port #1 and use the other side of the screen for HDMI Port #2? If not, what Sony Model TV will do that function? Thanks”

Not sure many TVs will do that because most TVs will display the single input you need something that will put both of your displays you are trying to pull up into a single input. Not sure what your are trying to split maybe some sort of Picture in Picture function is what your looking for but I doubt this tv has that. Better off with two separate screens.
