Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. This model has a 3 position stand, in those 3 positions you have a sound bar positions which will raise the TV to accommodate most soundbars. This can be found in the setup guide that was in the box with the tv. Also Sony sound bars have an IR repeater for 2022 so if you are blocking the IR on the TV it will pass that signal to the TV so you can still control your TV functions. Hope this helps! Jay
