• Yes and no. If you have original remote, it can learn pretty much anything function from the remote. If you do not have original remote, you might loose some functionality but most main functions should work.

• Yes it will. If the 2-3 specific codes won't work..the scan function did

• You can get the operating instructions plus the manufacturers' codes for the supported device types here: http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=RMVLZ620&LOC=3#/manualsTab I did a “find” on the manufacturers list and found that Vizio is one of the supported brands. I can't say, however, how well it will work or how easy it will be to program.

• Most chances are that it will work. It can read all the commands by pointing it to TV'S IR. If not you can use remotes learning function.

• Yes, just enter the code for the Vizio TV, which is in the codes list, included with the remote.
