The volume is stuck on one setting, as using the "twist" volume control dial on the unit does not work at all, the volume is stuck. I cannot find how to purchase a replacement JVC remote, so I am hoping to purchase a remote control that will adjust the volume.”

This remote does have a Find Code function which will program the remote to work your JVC Kaboombox. The only way to know is to try it.
