Hi Murph, The 85" BRAVIA 5 features a 4-way stand that includes two "Soundbar Positions" (Outside or Inside) designed to raise the screen. In these configurations, the total height of the TV and stand is 46 inches (1,166 mm). Since the height of the TV without the stand is 42.88 inches (1,087 mm), the stand provides approximately 3.125 inches (79 mm) of vertical clearance for your soundbar.
