Q: QuestionBest Buy just delivered today my Bravia 9 85". I am very happy, he set my TV perfectly but I mess up the HDMI 4. I don't know how I changed the Picture Mode to "Dolby Vision" and I cannot put back with the regular setting (Standart, Cinema, Prof. etc)

• A:Answer Have the fine folks at Best Buy just do an exchange for another brand new one. I think they would be more than happy to do that and have them deliver and set up the new one and take the one you have now with them Problem solved. Best Buy is your Best Friend.
