Any mirrorless camera will work, however you should be more interested in the lenses, they will determine the zoom. Tamron has a 150mm to 600mm for very far distances, or you could go with the Sony FE 70-200mm f2.8 for not so extreme distances and potential low light/bad lighting. If you get an a7 model, and find a Sony Alpha lens, you will need an LA-EA3 or LA-EA4 adapter to have it work on the E-mount body of the a7 series camera bodies.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Sony RX-10 M4 is a mirrorless camera, which has awesome zoom capability. One lens, 24mm to 600 mm.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That will depend on which lens you buy. This camera requires attachment of an external lens. The kit comes with a 28-70 which will give you a very small amount of zoom.
