Any mirrorless camera will work, however you should be more interested in the lenses, they will determine the zoom. Tamron has a 150mm to 600mm for very far distances, or you could go with the Sony FE 70-200mm f2.8 for not so extreme distances and potential low light/bad lighting. If you get an a7 model, and find a Sony Alpha lens, you will need an LA-EA3 or LA-EA4 adapter to have it work on the E-mount body of the a7 series camera bodies.

The Sony RX-10 M4 is a mirrorless camera, which has awesome zoom capability. One lens, 24mm to 600 mm.

That will depend on which lens you buy. This camera requires attachment of an external lens. The kit comes with a 28-70 which will give you a very small amount of zoom.
