QuestionA battery charger is not listed with what's included. How does one charge the battery?

- Answer YOU HAVE TO USE THE USB CABLE AND PLUG INTO A ACTIVE COMPUTER PORT OR USB CHARGE ADAPTER, WHAT I DID WAS BOUGHT A CHARGER ON EBAY WITH TWO EXTRA BATTERYS THAT PLUGS INTO HOUSE OUTLET AND THE ONE I GOT ALLSO CAME WITH A 12 VOLT CAR ADAPTER FAIRLY CHEAP TO. IF YOU USE USB ADAPTER THAT COMES WITH CAMERA TO CHARGE THE BATTERY THE CAMERA WILL NOT WORK WHEN CHARGING (I DIDNT LIKE THAT) I HOPE THAT HELPS, I REALY LIKE THE CAMERA.

QuestionWill it work in extreme cold? I like to ski and I have owned a camera before that would not work for long if the temperature was under 30 degrees.

- Answer No, the remote is Bluetooth connected and needs to be within a few feet of the camera for connection.

- Answer No screen on the camera. The "wrist thing" is your remote monitor. Using the phone app for the monitor works well if not better.

- Answer Yes, I was able to mount on my full face mountain bike helmet without problems using the optional helmet mounting accessory, should work for motorcycle helmet too as they are both very similar.

- Answer Hi rbryanj27, micro SD cards with up to 64GB capacity were tested and proven to work with the HDRAZ1. We can't guarantee functionality with larger capacity cards. Thanks_Mitch

- Answer My remote DOES have GPS (and I have the standard remote that is sold with the unit - both together was on sale for $213) and it works perfectly when I look back over the videos using the sony "memories" software for android. This isn't to say the "memories" software is good or bad, I am merely saying the GPS worked fine.

QuestionSlow Motion play backNeeding to get a camera that is light and easy to travel with and the install in a machine to record if something happens, the best way to analyze this is in slow motion, how easy can I replay what has been recorded in slow motion? I am aware that I will have to hook up a notebook to replay but do I have to install a special software? Thanks

- Answer Hi Rudy, yes, you can see every nuance of fast-moving action in smooth slow motion, thanks to 120fps high frame rate recording and you need to install the Action Cam Movie creator to edit and play back high-speed recorded movies in slow motion. I hope this helps, Dave
