Q: QuestionOk like I said I just bought a Sony Blu-Ray palyer BDPS6700 now for some reason when I watch a movie the screen blinks on and off and I have the HDMI Cord and everything else I don't think it's my TV which is a Tushiba it isn't a smart TV though it is LED

• A:Answer I get that sometimes. the best thing to do is unplug count to ten plug it back in. if you still have a problem you might have to update the software

Q: QuestionI Recently Bought A Sony BDP-S6700 Blu-Ray Player cause I found out that this is the model that does title repeat for the Blu-ray discs only to find out that 2 of my movies (Blu-ray) didn't repeat am I doing something wrong can somebody help.

• A:Answer Hello Sid, Good news! This player doesn't require a 4k TV for you to enjoy the 4K up-scaled video quality even if your TV is only 1080p, this player only up-scales video to near 4k but it doesn't play native 4k discs. Regards, Zac

Q: QuestionI have a Panasonic Smart TV. Will this DVD player capable of showing closed captioning on Netflix? My current DVD player isn’t. I also want to know if it will do this when it’s programmed to a Logitech Universal remote.

• A:Answer I actually set up the captions on the Netflix app instead of any of my devices. Therefore, on any device I chose to stream from the captions are there. When comes to the remote control you mentioned, I believe once you program it to work with your different devices you should be able to turn on and off the captions using it.

Q: QuestionI have a Panasonic smart TV. When streaming Netflix does it have the option on Netflix for closed caption? The blue-ray player I have now is a Panasonic and it doesn’t. I also want to be able to program it to a Logitech Universal Remote, is this doable

Q: QuestionSome reviews are complaining about streaming with wifi. If I hook it up using Ethernet does it stream good? I want to use it for both streaming and Blu Ray Discs.

• A:Answer We are using our player for streaming and Blu-ray DVD's I always connect with an ethernet cable to a network switch or directly to the router. Much better than a wireless connection. Faster and more reliable. And you want to have at least 25 Mbs speed from your internet provider. We now have 100 Mbs service and there are no problems .
