Yes you definitely will. Just turn on 4k output in the settings and you will see a great improvement from all sources. But bluray and netflix will be upscaled to near 4k even on a 1080p tv. Other streaming sources should work as well.

Sony and Samsung are your best bet with 4k. Stay away from anyone else. You really get what you pay for with these Tv's today. I have a top end Sony 4k with this player and it makes my old Dvd's near Bluray quality. Good luck!
