• You can save the files anywhere and under any name you want. They are standard mp3 files so your Drop Box shouldn't have a problem with it. I keep all my files on my Google Drive and store my lectures there.

• Probably it could but I am yet to give it a trial. My main objective is to use it to record what I need to record
