The ICDSX712 and majority of Sony - Digital Voice Recorder has a PC Link for quick and easy download of audio files that you can edit, e-mail or archive for future reference. The Voice recorder has a Mic Input provides the ability to use an external microphone. A third party mic/cable is required for recording phone interviews.
