I buy sony camera dsc-hx300v in best buy i have it for more than 15 days now and i been using it lately and i don't like the result the processing was terrible sometimes i turn the camera off coz' i can't wait the processing it takes too long and when i open it still processing it happend 3 times now and some of the menu are not very clear if i use the zoom..i buy insurance in it and i would like to change the camera into defferent model instead of repairing it. Is this acceptable?”

Are you using the superior auto or intelligent auto mode? It sounds like you may be using a program mode with some set levels that is tasking the camera. Make sure you are using either the green or yellow camera icon for the mode when taking pictures. The camera will automatically define all the correct levels for white balance, aperture value etc. and make taking pictures a breeze; good luck!
