- Answer HI, the memory card goes into the card slot inside the battery compartment. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the camera to insert both card and battery. Thanks_Mitch

- Answer Hi Flynn camera and subject movement will affect the focus. The camera will automatically focus againonce it detects a subject in the center of the frame. Thanks_Mitch

QuestionCan I set the self-timer to snap a picture at certain intervals? Like take a picture every 9 seconds 50 times, or take a picture every hour. If this camera cannot handle such timers, is there another camera that could do this, would anyone recommend one?

- Answer Hi Canary, no, the camera doesn't have the interval shooting feature. We suggest the DSCHX400V or the DSCHX60V and downloading the Time lapse Camera app to use this feature. Thanks_Mitch

QuestionI have never used a camera before, how do I process my pictures. I never used a computer to print pictures. I am going away soon. I am afraid I bought something to smart for me Do I take them to a place to be developed?

- Answer There are several ways to print. You can use the cable provided with the camera, plug it into the computer and load your pictures into your computer. (Depending on your computer, they may automatically import). The quality of the print out will depend on your printer and the type of paper you use. There are also several printers that allow you to plug the memory card and/or camera directly into the printer to print. There may also be several stores that have a photo center that can print from your memory card.

QuestionMy battery won't charge. Is that because I over charged it? If so, how & where do I purchase a new battery? By the way, I otherwise love the camera!

- Answer Hi Colleen, The camera does not overcharge the battery. The unit will automatically stop charging the battery if it is fully charged. Try to clean the metal contacts of the camera first. If the issue is still the same, You can replace the battery which is NP-BN1 battery. Best regards, Zander
