• This only happens to me if I have the L earbud in the Right ear.

• Hi, Rick! To obtain the best fit and prevent the earbuds from falling out, select the earbuds that fit your ears the best. You can choose from 4 different earbud sizes that are included on your unit. Hope this helps! -Sam
