QuestionDoes the refurbished model include the stylus?First, I want to know if the stylus is included with these refurbished models. I don't see it listed in the "What is included" list. I am a graphic designer, social media manager and illustrator that works at home and hops between three offices. I currently own a Wacom Cintiq for my artwork and print publications so I don't need a super powerful machine. What I'm looking for is a small, lightweight machine that I can use for social media and office software, handle some light photoshopping, and be able to sketch ideas while I'm constantly commuting. This Sony Tap11 seems perfect for such needs, the price is really nice (and I feel a lot less nervous with refurbished equipment), but it's important to know if the pen is included. Thanks!

- Answer It sound like the stylus is hit or miss. Please see my post to another reviewers review. Any N-Trig stylus will work including HTC Flyer or Surface pro 3 stylus. Surface Pro 1, 2 Stylus(s) are not compatible.

- Answer This tablet does not have a SIM slot as it is not intended for use with a cellular network. A Maps app is available for Windows 8 for GPS services.

- Answer Yes, you can install Microsoft Word on this laptop. It will depend specifically on the version of Word you have and what other programs you have installed, but this laptop has enough capacity to hold even the newest version of Word as it is being sold.

- Answer No it does not. One can be added via USB. I'm not aware of any tablet that has a dedicated number pad.

- Answer All of the things you mention are included, the only thing missing is the recovery partition, so you cannot create a recovery disk or reset the device to it's original state. If you need to rebuild you will have to get your own Windows 8 install media.
