Yes it does and yes. While the comp works anyways. Two in 4 months have both up and decided to stop working completely. No power no nothing. Randomly leaving u full of questions as to why.

Yes, pictures are clean and clear. Can a printer be connected via wi-if? Yes, I connect it with my printer through WiFi. Does it have a web camera? Yes, but don't expect a great quality in terms of resolution. HD CAM doesn't come out with HD quality.

Make sure the computer screen is at or slightly below eye level when you are sitting in front of your VAIO computer. Adjust the brightness level of the display as well. You can reduce eye strain and muscle fatigue by adjusting the tilt and brightness level of the computer screen to the proper position. The SVJ20213CXW has a built-in camera. In addition you can only connect a printer through the USB port.
