• They obviously don't know what vudu is. The answer is no. It allows for the vudu app but not UHD streaming.

• Pretty sure VUDU is installable. 10 bit as in HDR-10 yes, if your disc will output the signal.

• The Vudu app is preinstalled on this player. I don’t know about the 10 bit color but I’m sure it does or it’s better. Great player! The only thing that I did notice is the setting that allows the Blu-ray Disc to connect to the internet will cause the disc to freeze up occasionally. I turned it off and haven’t had a freeze up since.
