Yes, lots of scratches. Don't know if they were from use or shipping damage since it wasn't packaged well with remote and cord and manual floating around in box and styrofoam half-missing. If you want an as-new player, don't buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It just depends. Some are simply open box and never been used and some have been used.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine looked brand new --box was beat up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only one very light scuff on the front of my refurbished unit, about an inch or less and hardly noticeable...almost like new....For the money I saved, I can live with that. However, I've been finding that Best Buy doesn't protect their product very well during shipping, and the box the unit came in from the factory, was just placed in a larger shipping box with no extra packaging, or paper, or styrofoam "peanuts" etc, and could slide around freely inside the shipping box...and be easily damaged if that box were to be "tossed" or handled roughly in shipping. Best Buy should package their "shipped" units more securely. This has happened twice in a row for me, although the units arrived in working order inspite of the poor packaging and shipping.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The UBP that I received had minor scuffs on the top cover, but with the placement in my entertainment console these aren't visible. Front looked like a new out of the box unit.
