• Yes, audio cable connect from TV to the base (or transmitter) and the cable is pretty long, I think at least 5 feet.

• Yes, it comes with the cable to connect the transmitter dock to the TV.

• I got only the headphones and a base, not even a power cord for the base came with my unit. I don't know if it was because mine were refurbished because when I returned them to BestBuy they said the part was needed for the unit to function and they thought it was just human error, so they placed another order for another pair which came exactly the same way.
