• A:Answer It’s normal. A lot of speakers are like that. The main reason is because when you plug it in, the sound goes directly into the speakers.

• A:Answer I know that you can connect up to 4 of the same speakers but not sure of the one your asking but I have to say this speaker is awesome and the quality and lights are great just please make sure to protect the back side of the speaker there’s a whole and things can be put in there but not taken out so watch out

• A:Answer Yes, you can use a microphone. There’s an audio input on the back where you can plug in the microphone. I’m not sure what size it is though but you can get an adaptor if it doesn’t fit. It is portable. I carry it with one hand. I use the speaker for work and carry it everyday. You can use 2 hands to carry it and it’s not that heavy.
