A:AnswerMake sure the volume on the unit is on max using the plus button on the top of the unit. Mine was on the lowest volume when I unboxed mine for the first time.
A:AnswerYeah that’s true but I’ve found out how to keep the lights off while charging..
Pretty simple.. just do what you did with the app with the lights off and keep your phone connected and play a song while unplugged to make sure it’s playing without any lights and then turn the speaker off but do not disconnect your Bluetooth till the speaker is off.
