QuestionWe are trying to connect this speaker to my son’s ukulele. We tried doing it through the microphone w/ a 1/4 inch double sided wire and also tried the audio in wire and neither worked. Does anyone know how to make this work? Pic of Ukulele input included.

Questionwhy isnt mine playing music, im hooked up to it and ive tried so many things to have it work, ive reset it, ive plugged it in, i deleted its memory on my phone and got it back, its on with lights just no sound at all even when i turn it on

- Answer Make sure the volume on the unit is on max using the plus button on the top of the unit. Mine was on the lowest volume when I unboxed mine for the first time.

QuestionMy xb90 is about two weeks old and I still can't get The lights to shut off. Ive turned off standby and used the apps. Lights go off with power on...but as soon as I turn off the speaker the lights come back on. I have to unplug it to make lights go away.

- Answer Yeah that’s true but I’ve found out how to keep the lights off while charging.. Pretty simple.. just do what you did with the app with the lights off and keep your phone connected and play a song while unplugged to make sure it’s playing without any lights and then turn the speaker off but do not disconnect your Bluetooth till the speaker is off. - Answer The Bluetooth should work from around 24-30 feet any farther away and you will have connectivity issues like any other item that is Bluetooth.

QuestionI just boyght my xb90 and powered it on and have noticed that the lights dont turn off nor does the extra bass light.. ive read the manual and it's pretty straight forward but those directions are not working. Is there something that I'm missing?
