QuestionMy speaker is connected to my phone and all lights work and bluetooth is connected but there is simply no sound no connect sound or low battery warning or music. It could be playing from my phone to the speaker but it is mute

- Answer @Remi, Sorry to hear that. Have you tried to adjust the volume on both the speaker and your mobile device? You may also disconnect the AC power cord, then reconnect the AC power cord and turn on the system. QuestionI like the his and lows, but the mids are a wee bit flat. Is there a way to adjust equalizer settings? Overall it has good sound, I'd just like to round it out a tad... Thanks for your time.

QuestionI must be missing something. I have the Sony GTK XB90 and I'm playing music through Bluetooth. Yet whether I activate the "extra bass" or not the sound is still the exact same with very little bass. Extremely brutal for a $500 speaker. Ideas?

- Answer You have an customizable eq in the app. I tried it and found the bass was still missing. I ended up adding a subwoofer for my own personal use. I only kept it because my wife liked it for backyard use. Otherwise return it and wait till it’s on sale for $300 for a better deal. Good luck
