Will this sound bar with a tv with out arc,only HDMI? null

Hi Glenn, thank you for your inteest in Sony HTS350 soundbar. It will not work if you're only using an HDMI connection. But, good news! You can connect it to your TV via Digital Optical cable. Hope this helps! -Sam
