I have a tcl 75 inch tv. The cheap one. I connected this soundbar to it via arc. Now the tv remote does turn the volume up and down on the sojndbar but when I power the tv off with the tv remote the soundbar doesn’t power off. Is this possible? null

Hi ben,

Turn on the control for HDMI on your TV settings. Usually it is under sound settings. For reference, see the link below.
