“Have it connected to a sharp tv by arc wired and some reason the sound bar control stops working after minutes have to take out and put back batteries to use remote again. Any solutions?”

Check your tv settings to see if it gives you the option to play sound via tv speakers or an audio system. If it does, choose audio system. Try turning the tv off after the sound bar starts playing and then turn it back on.
