“I have recently purchased this sound bar system. The main sound bar sounds very clear. But the sub is not as loud as I thought it should be. I have turn it to max on the remote but I can’t tell the difference. Has anyone else had this issue?”

Hi. I had the same issue so I moved the sub across the room and it is excellent. Also depends on what you are watching. I have watched some good SciFi movies and the sound quality was just like sitting in a cinema. Regular TV shows, some are good sound and some are just okay. Playing music DVD’s is also excellent. So try moving the sub to a different location in the room and away from the sound bar. Hope this helps.

Did you run it through the arch port. It should change the sound quality

I am happy with the sub-woofer. I don't use it at full volume even.
