“When i watch a movie, the action sound is good, but the dialog is very low, and I cannot understand what is being said. I've tried different buttons on the remote but it does not seem to help.”

Hi Timm, We regret to hear about the issue you're having with the dialog. You can make dialogs clearer by pressing the VOICE button. When ON, the MULTI CH indicator flashes twice. Also, try switching from different Sound Modes using the supplied remote to see which one will give the best audio when watching a movie.
