QuestionI noticed the subwoofer has very low volume. Even on max bass there's vlittle volume. Is that normal?

- Answer Yes. I found this to be true but when there's heavy bass coming from the TV, the sub-woofer gets loud. It's balanced nicely.

QuestionI don't have HDMI ports built into my walls. Do I need to connect this via cable to my television, or is it truly wireless? The reviews are confusing me. I don't want to see cords - like the clean look in the photos.

- Answer Yes it requires a physical connection to the TV. Either digital optical cable or HDMI. It also has to plug into power so technically 2 cables.

QuestionThere's no bass from the sound bar. It was fine until I attached it my Sony K65S20M2S tv. I've adjusted the sound field, it didn't change. There's way too much treble.
