Hi Greg2024, Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. You can change the brightness of the front panel display and indicators of your HT-A3000 by pressing the DIMMER button in the supplied remote control. The front panel display and indicators are turned off when [OFF] is selected. They turn on automatically when you press any button, then turn off again if you do not operate the speaker system for about 10 seconds. However, in some cases, the front panel display and indicators may not turn off. In this case, the brightness of the front panel display and indicators are the same as [DARK]. If the issue persists, please perform a power reset by unplugging the power cord of your soundbar for at least 60 seconds before plugging back in. You may also try resetting the Speaker System by following the steps below to refresh the content: Press HOME. Select [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] on the home menu. Select [Resetting]. Select the menu item you want to reset. Select [Start]. Note: If you cannot perform resetting using the home menu, press and hold the power button and – (volume) on the bar speaker for more than 5 seconds. I hope this helps.
