“Is there a way so that when you play music from a USB drive, it starts off where it left off last time versus restarting from song 1? That seems like very basic functionality.”

Hi Anon, thank you for reaching out to us. HAT3000 should start playing music from last track it was playing long as USB has not ben removed or sound bar power hasn’t been disconnected. We also recommend ensuring the software is updated. If you're not sure, it's easy to check which version of firmware you have: Turn on your TV and make sure that it's tuned to the input your Sound Bar is connected to, so if the Sound Bar is connected to the HDMI2 socket, choose HDMI2 as the input. Turn on the Sound Bar. Press HOME on the remote control and wait until you see the HOME screen On the home screen, select Setup → Advanced Settings with the arrow keys on the remote control and then press ENTER. Select System Settings → System Information with the arrow keys on the remote control and then press ENTER. On the TV screen, if the version number is 001.077 or higher (the 1st and 2nd zeros of the software version number can be ignored), you already have the most recent firmware version.
