“When I try to use my cd player.....it says error and kicks out the disc.....what could be the problem”

Hi Steve66, please make sure that the discs you're trying to use with this unit are of the supported type/format. You may refer to pages 25-26 of this link for the guidelines when playing discs on this unit: https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4597143611.pdf Thanks, -Mark
