Q: QuestionI have an older CDX 7000X unit the FM has quit on. I do NOT want to rewire speakers and all, can you tell me if the same type pin plug will fit this unit. I presently have the 7000X mounted under the dash. I want to be sure the new unit will plug right in

• A:Answer Hello Al! We strongly recommend rewiring even though there are some functions similar to the CDXC7000X unit which came out back in 2000, the CDX-G3205UV has certain connections are wired differently which requires to use the supplied harness.
