I installed this system on my car today and can verify that it is compatible with Android devices. The system has bluetooth built in and allows you to use the bluetooth to connect to the android. Also they have a APP called Sony "Music Center" that you can get in the Play store also. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerYou have the one year manufacturers warranty, you can call the customer service number and tell them you have a defective car stereo they should be able to give you a new one or send a refund. But you would have to call. Other than that if you haven't had it for a long time take it back to the store you bought it from and say it's defective they should be able to help.
