A:AnswerPhotos and videos are supported by this device, so I'm not sure what your question is. If you mean your operating system is not recognizing the device, it may be an operating system issue and you may need to try and connect via a different computer with a different operating system.
A:AnswerI don't think so but you can get to the end of the alphabet quicker by scrolling backwards starting at "z". Also there are different categories for choosing what you want to listen to - like Artist, Genre, Release year etc. - that may help you get there quicker.
A:AnswerYes, I often go looking for a new album to start when the one I'm currently listening to is about to end and it will keep playing the song I'm on while I search.
A:AnswerI can only assume with technology from week to week that capacity will continue to increase. Just look at how flash sticks grew. I remember the first flash stick I ever saw only held about a half a gig, now the latest one I purchased holds 64 gb's. And they aren't any different in physical size. My understanding from what the sales clerk told me was you can purchase an additional card to insert that will hold more gigs, I am not sure though of which exact products and what the gig limitations are per device.
A:AnswerI have not maxed it out but its advertised at 16 gb's so it should be pretty close to that. Apparently there is NO additional slot for an external memory card which is a major bummer. This is a nice product but you may either need to spend more and just get a higher internal storage player or get a SanDisk clip for cheaper and have the option of adding an external card with more gigs. I have both but I think the SanDisk comes with better earphones than the Sony.
A:AnswerYes, you can use the same cable that charges your ps3 controller on the mp3 player. It is easier to download songs the mp3 player if they are in mp3 format.
