If you use Amazon as a barometer for this question, their website says 11/15/16. Not sure if Best Buy will have it available sooner, however.

Just got an e-mail from Best Buy updating the release date to Jan 29. I don't understand the delay. Gamestop had them Jan 12. Amazon has them today, Jan 19. And several other online retailers have them in stock. Why is Best Buy the last one to release these? Has Sony given up on Best Buy as a primary distributor for its products? Sigh....
